Time of the Signs: Border Crossing is nearly upon us and in the modified street sign ethos of the exhibition I am offering you the chance to modify your very own Paste Up Zone street sign poster.
The design of this piece is based upon the No Leafleting sign that you see around cities in the UK but since its creation people have messaged and asked for it to be made as a sign specific to where they live; I.e. Art Keeps Boise Tidy and Art Keeps London Tidy and I have also created versions in French and German (I am working on the Spanish one).
Enough of the preamble. Lets get to it.
I am offering you, dear reader, dear art enthusiast and sign modifier, the chance to adapt your very own street sign (in poster form)!
The way it works is that you choose a Paste Up Zone sign poster from the above language group and on bottom of the check out page there is a little box that looks something like this…
and in that box you write Art Keeps Where I Live Tidy or Art Keeps My Bedroom Tidy or I Fucking Love Street Signs or really any piece of text that would fit in such a text box.
After that I will print the modified poster onto some lovely 180gsm matte poster paper with the specified text and the post it to your specified postal address and you’ll be the proud owner of your very own one of a kind modified street sign art work!
What could possibly go wrong!
Curating and putting on an art exhibition is never cheap and Time of the Signs: Border Crossing is entirely funded by myself and so I am releasing this print for the month of October to help pay the bills for the duration of the exhibition.
