The Craic is Not Wack tote bag.
This is a limited edition black tote bag hand screen printed in my studio in Belfast.
This design takes inspiration (some would say excessive inspiration) from Keith Haring’s 1986 ‘The Crack is Wack.’ Mural in New York.
I wanted to make an Irish inversion of his piece as Craic and Crack are diametrically opposed on the scale of what is wack and what isn’t.
Does that make sense?
Some more info about the bag. The bag dimensions are 38 x 42 cm with a handle length of 67 cm and the bag capacity is 10 litres.
After screen printing the design is heat pressed onto the bag so that it is machine washable.
These are a limited edition of only 30 hand screen printed black totes.
