Yes, it is all true. I have been using a mailing list to intermittently send out a newsletter for years but because of all the lies, AI slop, crypto scams, bots & Nazi stuff, I am trying to wean myself off of relying on social media to promote my art work and using a newsletter is a decent way to skip the techno-fascist middleman.
