A good few years ago me and my partner made this pretty massive series of paste ups and sign painting combination murals on the side of a building that no longer exists.
The original art work was in a throwback 1960s American advertising style and the theme was around tackling pollution and climate change.
As the building became more and more dilapidated, these murals were covered up with some art washing digital ‘art’ on plastic hoardings for a few years until the demolition of the building began and the hoardings were taken away to reveal what we had made before. That reveal made the whole building look like something from a post apocalypse and the art work really came into its own.
